Jo designed and led the Art & Design Workshop for Autistic Adults. This pilot project was developed in response to requests form neuro-divergent people who had experienced attending courses aimed broadly at neuro-typical people and who wanted to contribute their knowledge and experience in developing a course that the group felt was better suited to them and potentially other autistic individuals. A small group of 8 people (all levels welcomed) joined experienced art tutors in a fully equipped studio for a series of free, two hour evening sessions, over 8 weeks.
