MA Inclusive Arts Practice (now closed) was a unique course for artists with facilitation/education experience to develop their inclusive practice and research through practical and theoretical application with community groups.

Jo completed the MA and between 2011-2023 taught on the course as both Senior lecturer and acting course leader (2018-19). Parallel experiences in the community and arts sectors allowed her to contribute valuable knowledge and up to date sector-related skills to the course content and modules – as well as work closely with students, staff and community groups on research projects and collaborations.
In addition to teaching masters degree students Jo also planned and delivered BA (batchelor degree) option module courses for art students interested in developing inclusive practice and working in community settings.
