Jo works as independent evaluator for access and inclusion projects. Evaluating projects help funders and organisations understand how well projects worked, what could be improved and what next steps might be.

The Wolfson placement volunteer project was a 3 year pilot programme at the British Museum which aimed to increase opportunities for autistic and learning disabled people to join the long-established volunteer programme, through specialist training and support. Jo met and interviewed project participants and staff and observed activities in order to undrestand all aspects of the project and collate an evaluation report. This also included evaluation of the associated sensory trails in 2 Museum galleries.
